The Village on the Parkway

Champion Partners, based out of Dallas, Texas, was looking for a local engineering firm with the knowledge and experience to provide value engineering and surveying services in a timely manner.  Land Design Consultants, Inc. (LDC) quickly met their needs. 

LDC has worked in the Northern Virginia region for over twenty years and has developed a reputation as a leader in the land development industry. 

This past Spring, Champion Partners solicited proposal requests from firms in the area.  LDC was chosen as one of the finalists from a large field of contenders and met with Champion to further discuss how LDC could best provide the services to complete the work within the given time constraints.  LDC submitted a competitive, but comprehensive proposal and was subsequently awarded the contract. 

The Village on the Parkway in Prince William County, VA will be a multi-faceted, mixed use project that will showcase all of LDC’s services including planning, engineering and surveying.  Once this site has been rezoned, LDC will proceed with the engineering plans for this site.  When completed, this mixed use project will contain approximately 95,000 square feet of commercial, (three restaurants and two banks), and retail space, a large four story office building and approximately 60 townhouses.  This will truly be a place where one can live, play and work in the heart of Prince William County.
