- Processed Land Entitlement and associated documents for numerous special exceptions and special permits related to the construction of a freestanding Walgreens with a drive thru in a Highway Corridor Overlay District.
- Prepared a site plan and coordinated with out of state architect and earned a site plan approval.
- Provided permit expediting services and assisted contractor with building plan review and approval, building permit issuance, right-of-way permit for utility construction, demolition permit, performance bond and permit fees.
- Dry utility coordination and utility delivery to the project.
- Design of a Filterra for compliance with the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Ordinance.
