Independence Business Center

Independence Business Center is located in the rapidly expanding Wellingford Industrial Park, located in western Prince William County, VA. 

Land Design Consultants, Inc. (LDC) was contacted by our client to complete a site design for a much needed Contractor’s Tradesman’s shop with associated outside storage areas.  LDC answered this request and developed a site plan with approximately 171,000 square feet of warehouse space in two buildings, approximately 345,000 square feet of storage space and 488 parking spaces on an approximately twenty-two acre site. 

In conjunction with the site plan, LDC also submitted an Early Grading Plan for the site so that clearing and grading could be performed on site prior to final site plan approval.
