This community is part of the Mosaic District in Fairfax County and consists of forty townhomes and is planned for an additional freestanding mixed use building which once constructed will consist of 160 plus residential units, first floor commercial space and a parking garage. LDC was responsible for its full suite of services and was instrumental in gaining all requisite approval including the rezoning and two site plan approvals. The Mosaic District is renowned for its placemaking, and this community continues to complement its high standards. The community currently boasts two pocket parks and once constructed, will include an urban park along the front of the free-standing mixed-use building that will provide additional opportunities for all visitors and residents to gather.
