We recently secured site plan approval from the Town of Vienna and the Board of Architectural Review in under six months for a new mixed-use building. Zoned Avenue East, this project represents the first major site plan approved under the Town of Vienna’s recently adopted Zoning Ordinance, which took effect on January 1, 2024.
Once constructed, the building will contribute to much-needed housing diversity in the region and represents a substantial investment in the Town of Vienna. The project is being developed by Sekas Homes LTD, and Mike Van Atta, AICP. Our team also includes architect Scott Fleming, Rust | Orling Architecture, and Avi Sareen, TNT Environmental, Inc.
