LDC successfully supported a team that includes Pulte Homes, DLA Piper, Gorove Slade and TNT Environmental, Inc. on the submission of a new rezoning application located near to the Wiehle-Reston East Metro Station along the Silver Line in Reston, Virginia. This is consolidation represents a redevelopment of three existing office buildings into 156 multi-family and stacked townhomes within the Reston Station neighborhood.
