DESCRIPTION:
Redevelopment of the existing Four Seasons Tennis Club that will provide 40 townhomes and a 5-story building consisting of a parking garage, 115 multi-family units and a ground level child daycare center and retail component. As part of the proposed redevelopment within the Merrifield Suburban Center, planning efforts included street grid and pedestrian connectivity as well as open space amenities such as a pocket park and an urban plaza with a central water feature.  This community is located adjacent to the renowned Mosaic District.
