This 325 unit planned residential community is located at the north-east quadrant of the intersection of Interstate 95 and Prince William Parkway.  This community is progressing through the Prince William County entitlement process and if successful it will feature numerous open space amenities and multiple off-site transportation improvements including a roundabout.
