This community is uniquely positioned within the Town of Vienna near Historic Church Street and consists of 24 condominium units. LDC worked closely with the Town of Vienna, the applicant and other stakeholders to convert a uniquely shaped property occupied with two commercial office buildings into a walkable urban setting in the heart of the Town. LDC was responsible for its full suite of services and was instrumental in obtaining the initial rezoning approval. This community, due to its access limitation required intimate coordination with the Fire Marshal to ensure access to the units was consistent with their standards. Additionally, the community includes three separate underground vaults for stormwater management and several planter boxes between the buildings.
