Led our client, Self Storage Plus, a locally owned provider of self-storage solutions in the Mid-Atlantic, through the Special Exception and site plan approval processes. This site is uniquely positioned inside of the Beltway and LDC was key in constructing this initial phase of an on-route bike lane along Industrial Drive, a green roof above a substantial portion of the cellar and obtaining approval for one of the first underground storm water facilities in the region utilizing the most sophisticated and environmentally friendly designs.
