The Board of County Supervisors for Prince William County recently approved Ray’s Regarde, a proposed community of 325 residential units located near the intersection of Interstate 95 and the Prince William County Parkway. This approval is the culmination of nearly six years of collaborative effort by all stakeholders.
Ray’s Regard contemplates numerous planned neighborhood parks, two roundabouts, and other substantial public infrastructure and environmental benefits. This proposed community is a great example of LDC’s ability to successfully bring large-scale communities to reality.
