Kevin Farley
Joining us in March of 2019, Kevin is accompanied with approximately 35 years of experience in the field of Land Surveying. Kevin will fill the role of Senior Survey Party Chief, where he will coordinate daily activities for his crew and perform complex procedures in the field for Topographic, Construction, ALTA, and As-Built Surveys. Kevin graduated from Fairfax High School and later attended Shepherd College in West Virginia before obtaining his LSIT certification in 1997. A father of five and grandfather of four, Kevin enjoys fresh-water fishing and spending time with his wife, family, and two American Field Labrador Retrievers.

Isaac Vargas Stevez
Isaac also joined the LDC family in March of 2019, becoming our newest Engineer I. Isaac is a recent graduate of George Mason University, where he studied Civil Engineering, and will aid LDC with the preparation of Site and Utility Layouts, Subdivision, Site, and Public Improvement Plans, Street Design, and more! In his free time, Isaac has been studying to obtain an EIT certification and enjoys hiking and canoeing, as well as playing baseball and soccer.
