    LDC participated in an open bid against another competitor for construction stakeout and preparation of the condominium plats and plans for this community. Ryan Homes, Washington Dulles Division, awarded this project to LDC February 7, 2013. LDC will provide production related services to this division of Ryan Homes for the construction of 212 multi-family units.

  • New Dominion Square
    February 10, 2013

    LDC participated in an open bid against four competitors for the land development engineering services for this community. Stanley Martin Homes awarded this project to LDC February 6, 2013. The proposed community will be located at the Old Dominion Speedway in Manassas, Virginia. Needless to say, the speedway will be demolished to allow for the construction of 324 townhouses.
