- Properly wear, clean, and maintain personal protective equipment, and inform Survey Party Chief or supervisor if a repair is necessary.
- Maintain company reputation by complying with LDC standards and code.
- Follow applicable LDC, local, and state and federal safety protocols.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Work with a project manager to maintain the project schedule to ensure deliverables are completed to ensure client expectations are met.
- Maintain an understanding of the project schedule, client expectations, and deliverables.
- Consistently coordinate with project managers regarding project status and deadlines.
- Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.
- Maintain the trust and respect of staff, peers, and clients.
MENTORSHIP AND LEADERSHIP
- Invest time and commitment to assist in the growth and development of junior staff members.
- Utilize internal and external training resources in order to advance required skills.
- Engage in training that furthers professional development.
- Pursue and maintain professional certifications to show continued growth.
- Pursue certifications as applicable such as CST II, OSHA ID, First Aid, and others.
