In August of 1985, LDC opened its doors. Founded on the basis of providing unparalleled land development engineering and surveying services to our customers, we maintain those values to this day. While we were not able to toast this milestone in person, we gathered virtually and led by Josh Marshall, we toasted our founder, John Marshall, our leadership team and the employees that make our success possible.
