Lead our client, Self Storage Plus, a locally owned provider of self storage solutions in the Mid-Atlantic, through the Special Exception and site plan approval processes. This site is uniquely positioned inside of the Beltway and was key in constructing this initial phase of an on-route bike lane along Industrial Drive, a green roof above substantial portion of the cellar and obtaining approval for one of the first underground storm water facilities in the region utilizing the most sophisticated and environmentally friendly designs.
