DESCRIPTION:
LDC designed and developed this 12.04 acre residential project, located in the northeast quadrant of Westfields Boulevard and Newbrook Drive in the Westfields International Corporate Center. The design of this 151-unit community introduced an urban, pedestrian-friendly, walkability framework in proximity to retail and employment uses. The project included several publicly accessible recreation amenities for both residents and visitors to the site.
