LDC is currently engaged in the design and development of this 12.04 acres residential project located in the northeast quadrant of Westfields Boulevard and Newbrook Drive in the Westfields International Corporate Center. The design of this 151-unit community seeks to introduce an urban, pedestrian-friendly, walkability framework in proximity to retail and employment uses. The project includes several publicly accessible recreation amenities for both residents and visitors to the site.
