DESCRIPTION:
Lead a national homebuilder through their due diligence period and the successful approval of a by-right rural cluster subdivision. This community was unique with respect to the preservation of an existing lake and other environmental features such as jurisdictional streams and wetlands. LDC successfully obtained approval of a flood plain study and designed two storm water management facilities.
