Mike Clements
Joining LDC in March of 2018, Mike brings an extensive background in the survey field with over 30 years’ experience in Northern Virginia. His expert knowledge has quickly made him an essential member to our Survey Department, where he works closely with the Director of Survey and Field Coordinator as a Senior Survey Computer. Mike is instrumental in processing the highest quality ALTA Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Topographical Surveys and Plats.

Connor Scott
Prior to completing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Connor interned with LDC in the fall of 2017. Since his graduation from James Madison University (Class of 2018), Connor has passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam and is currently applying for his E.I.T. Certification. Connor began working at LDC in June of 2018 in the position of Engineer I. In this capacity, Connor employs his skills and training on AutoCAD to aid with the preparation of plans. Connor is an avid Washington sports fan and carries with him a passion for golf.

Michael Packer
Since being medically-retired from his position of Squad Leader with the U.S. Army, Michael has been pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Marymount University. During his tenure with the U.S. Army, Michael received multiple awards for his actions as an Infantryman. After completing an internship with LDC in the spring of 2018, Michael was hired to fill the role of a Finance and Human Resources Assistant. Michael currently assists in a diverse range of activities, that include: file management, accounting practices, software implementation, and general process / procedure improvement.
