LDC was pleased to be a part of the ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday, June 16, 2022 to celebrate the new City Hall, Library and downtown at Manassas Park. LDC was the lead engineer for this public-private partnership to provide a vibrant downtown in conjunction with the expansion of the adjacent, existing Virginia Railway Express train station. Additional development will include more than three hundred multi-family units, an office building, retail, and movie theatre.
